Everything on talogen.dev is free. There are no paid tiers, no metered plans, and nothing to purchase. This is a personal portfolio, not a commercial product — this page exists so people and AI agents comparing services can confirm the pricing without guessing. The markdown twin is at /pricing.md.

The only tier

• Price: $0 — no credit card, no account, no API key (auth.md)
• Included: the REST API (/api/v1/*), the MCP server (/mcp), and every data file (llms.txt, portfolio.json, the /.well-known/ manifests)
• Limits: a soft rate limit advertised in the RateLimit response headers; most reads come from the CDN edge cache and never count

Notes for agents

The contact_recruiter MCP tool is also free, but it delivers a real message to a human — it is rate-limited and deduplicated upstream, so use it for genuine opportunities, not testing. There is no Machine Payments Protocol surface here because nothing costs money. What Tal Ogen is offering is his skills, for hire: compensation expectations for roles are disclosed on request via contact.
