Terms of Use

Last updated: September 13, 2026

These terms cover talogen.dev and everything served from it: the website, the machine-readable files, the REST API, the MCP server, the talogen client packages, and the contact channel. By using any of them you accept these terms. If you operate an AI agent that uses them, you accept these terms on the agent's behalf and are responsible for what it does. Privacy is covered separately in the privacy policy.

What this site is

talogen.dev is Tal Ogen's professional portfolio. It presents experience, projects, and AI transformation services for information purposes. Nothing on the site is an offer, a quote, or a contract. Scope, pricing, and any engagement are agreed only in writing after an AI Opportunity Call.

Free to use, no accounts

The website, the API, the MCP server, and the client packages are free and require no account, no key, and no payment. See the pricing page.

API, MCP server, and client packages

The REST API, the MCP server, the manifests, and the talogen packages for npm, PyPI, and Go are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind, including uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a purpose. Endpoints, tools, response shapes, and limits may change or be withdrawn without notice, breaking changes are announced in the developer portal when practical. The client packages are open source under the MIT license in their repositories, that license governs the package code.

Acceptable use

Use the endpoints for their stated purpose: learning about Tal Ogen, evaluating fit for a role, or matching a business problem to an AI opportunity. Honor the rate limits advertised in response headers. Do not send abusive traffic, probe for vulnerabilities without prior written permission, bypass or overload the limits, or use the contact channel for unsolicited marketing, testing, or anything unlawful. Do not misrepresent the site's data or output as Tal Ogen's statement, endorsement, or commitment.

Analysis output is informational

The business-problem analysis, opportunity suggestions, automation assessments, scope estimates, and case-study matching, whether reached through the API, the MCP tools, or the packages, are produced by deterministic heuristics. They are informational only. They are not professional, legal, financial, or technical advice, not a proposal, and not a quote. Decisions made on the basis of that output are your own.

Contact channel

Messages sent through the contact form, the contact_recruiter and request_ai_opportunity_call MCP tools, or POST /api/v1/contact are read by a human. Send only genuine messages you have the right to send. There is no guaranteed response, and a reply does not create an engagement. How messages are handled is described in the privacy policy.

Content and data

The text, design, project write-ups, and images on this site belong to Tal Ogen unless stated otherwise. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link. The machine-readable data, including portfolio.json, llms.txt, the manifests, and API responses, may be read, cached, and used by people and agents to evaluate Tal Ogen or to match a business problem. Do not republish it as your own dataset, product, or service. Third-party names, logos, and project demos belong to their owners.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tal Ogen is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the website, the API, the MCP server, the client packages, or any output they produce. Use of external links is at your own risk, their content is not endorsed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute that cannot be settled directly will be brought before the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the website or its services change. The latest revision date appears at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
